Student Affairs · Dean of Students
You have the right to a fair resolution. We take every concern seriously and will guide you through the right process.
The Process
Talk to the Person Involved
For most concerns, the fastest resolution is a direct conversation with your instructor, advisor, or the relevant department.
Contact the Department or Division
If direct conversation does not resolve the issue, contact the department head or division director in writing.
Submit a Formal Grievance
If the matter is still unresolved, submit a formal written grievance to the Dean of Students' Office. Include all relevant documentation.
Dean of Students Review
The Dean reviews your case, gathers information from all parties, and issues a decision typically within 10 business days.
